Key Responsibilities

  • Keep financial records that comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage invoices, payments and receivables.
  • Help create and monitor budgets to support business goals.
  • Check bank statements regularly to make sure financial records are accurate.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns, following UAE tax laws.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Assist in audits by providing documents and information.
  • Control expenses to match budgets.
  • Use accounting software to streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in logistics or service.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with Arabic as an advantage.
