Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in audits and prepare required documentation.
- Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies needed for production.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist with the management of the supplier database.
- Process and monitor purchase orders and maintain stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields – for the position of Accountant.
- Proven experience in accounting or purchasing; preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good understanding of local tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
