Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general day-to-day administration to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and maintain updated and accurate financial records accordingly.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on the timely and accurate processing  of financial  transactions.
  • Update and maintain accounting databases and filing systems accordingly.
  • Ensure that standards and regulatory requirements are met with due compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide management support for decision-making and strategic planning in finance terms.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience in administration or accounting, with at least 2 years of proven experience.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent accounting software packages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong emphasis on Excel. 
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal relationship skills. 
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field is required.
  • Fluency in the English languageproficiency in any other additional language will be an added advantage.
