Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general day-to-day administration to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and maintain updated and accurate financial records accordingly.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Update and maintain accounting databases and filing systems accordingly.
- Ensure that standards and regulatory requirements are met with due compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide management support for decision-making and strategic planning in finance terms.
Qualifications:
- Work experience in administration or accounting, with at least 2 years of proven experience.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent accounting software packages.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field is required.
- Fluency in the English language; proficiency in any other additional language will be an added advantage.
