REDECK Pools & Landscaping is seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Officer to oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Support staff and management with administrative duties as needed.

General Requirements:
