Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and office supplies.
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Maintain and organise files, documents, and contracts; assist with creating, editing, and proofreading business correspondence.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners, managing inquiries, and ensuring excellent service.
  • Assist in organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with preparing reports as needed.
  • Support the senior management team with any administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and work independently.
    • Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Professional demeanour, positive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
