Job Overview

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our operations at MHP Food Trading in the UAE. Your role will involve handling administrative tasks like managing documents, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and overseeing UAE visa processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in handling day-to-day operations including document management and office organization.
  • Manage the UAE visa process for employees as required.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE visa processes is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
