Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our team at Goodwill MULTI SERVICES FZE. In this role, you will support our accounting department with various financial tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy.
- Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Perform monthly and annual account reconciliations.
- Support with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage and track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with audits and other financial assessments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
