As a Back Store Admin at OC HOME, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our back-end store processes. Responsibilities
- Check and oversee back store operations for inventory, stock replenishment, order processing.
- Achieve accuracy in the amount of stock levels within the store, assist in conducting periodical stock audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Implement organized and efficient storage of merchandise.
- Maintain administrative work like data entry, reporting, and communication to other departments.
- Provide quality customer service and support for the front-line staff.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or administrative positions; furniture or home decor is an added advantage.
