We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, and candidates should be based in Abu Dhabi with their own visa. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in business development or recruitment and a proven ability to generate leads for overseas bulk blue-collar recruitment across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Come up with plans on how to create new business opportunities mainly focusing on bulk blue-collar recruitment initiatives.
- Establishing good relations with clients as well as industry partnerships.
- To identify new chances and trends by assessing the market.
- Teamwork with the recruitment division in understanding client requirements and presenting customized solutions.
- From beginning until the end, managing the sales cycle, which includes attracting potential customers before making sales.
- Beating even sales quotas so that you will receive extra pay for any given contract.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in business development or recruiting.
- Ability to create client connections while generating leads is crucial.
- Some negotiating skills and excellent communication is a must-have quality.
- Self-starter who seeks to achieve results for himself or herself rather than others.
- Having knowledge about recruitment sector along with market tendencies is an added advantage.
