Job Overview
MAF Government Transactions are awaiting your input as their Customer Care Executive. You will be there for clients whenever they need assistance and make sure that you provide quality service. Resolving questions, troubleshooting problems and ensuring satisfaction among every single client will form part of this position’s remit. Also, you’ll have to work together with other colleagues so as to improve client’s journey throughout their interaction with the center while safeguarding its repute for high standards
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via various channels.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer care processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer care software and tools.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude.
