As a Customer Service Officer (Cashier), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions efficiently, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive customer experience even in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding our services.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Utilize computer applications effectively, including typing at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
- Work across various shifts, including weekends, and adapt to rotational schedules.
- Develop and implement a branch rating system based on observation frequency and severity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a bank or exchange house is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain pleasant and controlled under pressure.
- Technical proficiency in computer applications.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, including shifts and rotations.
