Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions, including ICA Smart Services, DAMAN, and services related to the Departments of Economy & AD Police.
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in Tawjech and Tasheel services.
- Proficiency in all types of transactions related to government services.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Positions available in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain.
