Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about our cleaning and maintenance services to existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are managed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
