Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about our cleaning and maintenance services to existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are managed effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
