Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure confidentiality and proper access control for sensitive documents.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines for document submission and approvals.
- Perform regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance with policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Familiarity with document control standards and procedures in the UAE.
