Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

  • Update and distribute documents to relevant stakeholders, maintaining version control.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper access control for sensitive documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines for document submission and approvals.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance with policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Familiarity with document control standards and procedures in the UAE.
