Position Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications on behalf of executives. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing confidential information with discretion, and facilitating smooth operations across various functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications effectively.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives. Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
