Job Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at the Italian International School, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Organize and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities as required.
- Assist with communication and coordination between departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with care.
- Willingness to work in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi.
