Are you a skilled typist with a passion for precision and efficiency? RBS Raneem Businessmen Services is looking for a dedicated and experienced typist to join our growing team. If you have prior experience working in a typing center and a knack for attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, format, and process a wide variety of official documents, letters, and forms, following the criteria set by the UAE.
• Handle the processing of visa applications, Emirates ID forms, labor and immigration processes, along with any other required government-related documentation.
• Maintain highly accurate and organized client records, assuring confidentiality.
  Provide excellent customer service through assisting clients in regard to document preparation and submission inquiries.
• Coordinate with government portals and systems to ensure timely submissions.
• Proofreading of documents to ensure grammatical accuracy and freedom from typographical errors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a typist, preferably in a UAE typing center.
• Proficiency in typing in English and/or Arabic with excellent speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with UAE labor, immigration, and government documentation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
