Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market international tours and holidays across various regions including the USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Australasia.
  • Promote inbound/local UAE tours and activities, including visas, transportation, and hotel bookings.
  • Sell and coordinate a variety of travel-related services, including airlines, hotels, transportation, insurance, cruises, and tours/activities.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing tailored quotes, budgets, and travel recommendations that align with their preferences.
  • Ensure all reservations and bookings are accurate and meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers, ensuring optimal rates and service delivery.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms and profit margins.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by your manager.
  • Achieve profit margin targets on bookings, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Follow CRM systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as directed by management to ensure smooth operational workflows and high-quality service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • In-depth knowledge of both outbound international tourism (including destinations such as the USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, etc.) and inbound tourism (especially UAE-focused products and services).
  • Familiarity with handling VIP and/or luxury tour arrangements is desirable.
  • A Travel & Tourism degree or relevant experience in the travel industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience in selling and coordinating travel services, including airfares, hotel bookings, tours, and activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work proactively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in bookings and client correspondence.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and tasks simultaneously.
