- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering seamless support.
- Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions and ensure a personalised experience.
- Coordinate appointments, events, and sales follow-ups to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the team and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Automotive industry or luxury brand environment.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general office tools.
- A passion for delivering superior customer service and creating memorable experiences.
