Job Overview

Al Salem Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s financial health. This is a full-time position within a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and budgeting.
  • Utilize Tally ERP to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP Accounting Software is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
