Job Overview
As the head of VIVA Logistics & Warehouse, you would be one of the key leaders who will oversee and improve the effectiveness of our logistics and warehousing operation. This role will call for a strategic thinker with a firm underpinning in logistics and warehousing operation to provide sound leadership for efficiency and maximum performance in all distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Supervise and optimize the entire logistics operation to provide timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Warehouse Operations: Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products in the daily activities within the warehouse.
- Inventory Control: Design and support effective management practices that ensure the accuracy and availability of inventory items.
- Team Leadership: To lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in the delivery of operational goals, driving continuous improvement, and enabling team members to realize their full potential.
- Process Improvement & Cost Management: Set up process enhancement opportunities, establish best practices, and lock down costs to enhance efficiency while minimizing expenses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Logistics & Warehouse Management roles.
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good knowledge of Inventory Control and Logistics Processes.
- Demonstrated ability in driving Process Improvement and managing operational costs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
