Job Overview

As an HR & Admin Coordinator at Al Jaber Optical, you will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining both human resources and administrative functions within the company. Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and managing conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with other HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
