Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and on boarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and managing conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
