Job Overview
The HR & Admin Executive at Thangalsgold will play a crucial supportive role for the Human Resources and administrative setup at the organization. A proactive individual who is well-equipped to deal with the diversity in the work profile can be recruited for the said position that spans from day-to-day office administration to employee relations and procurement processes. An individual for this position must be of a very well-organized disposition, be very detailed, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Management of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with supply chain dealers and service providers as required for facility management.
  • Ensure the office environment is properly maintained and it complies with all health and safety standards.
  • Interface with the vendors of facilities management regarding the implementation of maintenance requests.
    In-house procedures, filing systems.
  • Source and gather information on procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a record of inventory and all items procured.
  • Compose letters, send it to the vendor for quotations.
  • Handle the process of seeking quotations or estimates on the required material.
  • Obtain prices and terms of contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
