Job Overview
As an HR Coordinator at AWS Investment in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources functions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, assisting in onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and handling HR-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues such as payroll, benefits, and policies.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees as required.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics and trends.
- Support other HR functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative role.
- UAE Experience: 2-3 years.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
