Your Role:

  • Provide vital administrative support to senior HR leadership.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives.
  • Organize training sessions, HR events, and strategic projects.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR or a related field).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR or an administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong English communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
