Saddle started as a food truck and has rapidly expanded to 13 locations across the Emirates, with our first European outlet opening in France on August 11. Founder Mohammed Al Falasi expressed, “Saddle’s France opening brings the UAE’s rich culture, hospitality, culinary excellence, and specialty coffee onto a global stage. This international expansion is a testament to Saddle’s wide appeal, and we are honored to share our tradition with the world.”
We have exciting plans for further international growth, with new openings scheduled in London and Riyadh.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and on boarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training and development programs
- Handle payroll and benefits administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR management (3+ years)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
