Job Overview
Flowtronix LLC is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, including managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR activities.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure effective HR management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles in the UAE or from their home country.
- Freshers in the UAE with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
