Job Overview
Zapegg Tax Consultant, where your role as an HR assistant will have you providing various human resource functions, from onboarding, managing employee records, to the implementation of HR policies. This is important for smooth HR operations and maintaining a good atmosphere at work.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, conduct orientations, and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Support daily HR operations, keeping employee records accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with employee onboarding and off-boarding.
- Enforce HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Address and resolve employee queries promptly to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay informed about labor laws and ensure the organization adheres to current regulations.
- Communicate available benefits to employees, including extra vacation days and other perks.
- Develop HR solutions by analyzing data and recommending actionable steps.
- Update and maintain accurate employee records, including new hires and status changes.
- Assist leadership in fostering a motivating and supportive work environment.
- Track attendance, maintain the attendance system, and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage and support HR calendar activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR Assistant role, familiar with HR systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Knowledge and Competency:
- Good grasp of labor laws and payroll procedures.
- Sees HR as a service center dedicated to enhancing the employee experience.
- Well-versed in industry best practices.
Personality:
