Job Overview
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the management of the flow of goods and information across our shipping and logistics operations. This means being in charge of the whole process of shipment, from placing an order to the final delivery. In other words, this involves the entire process to make sure all logistics activities go smoothly as expected.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee shipping and logistic operations.
- Arrange and monitor shipments.
- Coordinate and provide information to suppliers, carriers, and customers on estimated delivery timing.
- Resolve difficulties with shipping, customs, and inventory.
- Maintain relevant shipping records and documents; prepare them as need be.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the shipping and logistics field
- Strong organizational ability and good communication skill
- Well-organized working on multiple tasks, with prioritization
- Good familiarity with logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Good knowledge of provisions of shipping regulation provisions and customs procedures
