Qualifications:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in mechanical design, analysis, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of mechanical testing and product development processes is a plus.
