Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with HR tasks such as on boarding new employees, maintaining records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and coordinating with different departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
