We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our Dubai office and coordinate with our headquarters to ensure the smooth functioning of both permanent and temporary personnel.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage and maintain schedules for Department Managers and section heads, including organizing meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Contribute to organizing meetings and conferences, manage meeting room reservations, and ensure all logistical details are handled.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both French and English (speaking, writing, and reading) are required.
- At least 5 years of experience in secretarial duties.
- Proficiency in Windows XP and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A curiosity and enthusiasm for IT tools and technology.
