Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the Inclusion Team to support student success while aligning with school ethos.
- Develop tailored programs and activities to provide additional support for identified students.
- Partner closely with teachers to deliver personalized support that enhances student engagement and achievement.
- Attend inclusion meetings, contributing actively and executing agreed action points.
- Implement interventions, monitor progress, and report outcomes to the Head of Inclusion and teaching staff.
- Maintain records meticulously, ensuring compliance with child welfare and protection protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Relevant educational qualifications (GCSE English and Maths A*-C or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years experience in child and youth support roles.
- Additional qualifications in child development or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with inclusive educational environments and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong ICT skills, ability to manage challenging behaviors, and initiative-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in adapting resources and fostering collaborative teamwork.
