Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and processing orders for PPE products.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales reports and assist in market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
