Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and processing orders for PPE products.
- Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Generate sales reports and assist in market research to identify new opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
