Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee procurement processes for the company.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely procurement of required materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
