Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, market trends, and opportunities in Dubai’s real estate sector.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Conduct property viewings and tours for potential buyers and tenants.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties.
• Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and proposals to clients.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, agreements, and managing documentation related to property transactions.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth and legally-compliant property transactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property sales, leasing, or real estate consulting (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions in the UAE.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
• Real estate qualification or certifications (RERA or similar) is a plus but not mandatory.
