  • Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and the purchase process.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, especially off-plan properties.
  • A positive, winning attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
