Job Overview
FLYBIZ Business Setup Consultants is looking to hire an experienced Public Relations Officer–PRO to liaise with government bodies for the smooth operation and compliance with local laws and regulations, aside from assisting in processing legal and administrative clearances for clients with ease. The candidate will be pivotal in representing the company to third party entities and in ensuring that the workflow continues unabated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle government processes, including visas, work permits, licenses, and renewals.
- Work with government agencies to make sure everything is done on time.
- Stay up to date on UAE labor laws and government regulations.
- Submit required documents to government offices and follow up on applications.
- Help clients with document preparation and submission for company formation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government personnel and agencies.
- Address and resolve any legal or procedural issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- UAE PR Officer experience.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, Immigration, and Government Regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- UAE driving license.
