Job Overview
Flowtronix LLC is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for our company, you will manage the front desk operations, including receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and managers.
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing necessary documents and presentations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant in the UAE or from their home country.
- Freshers in the UAE are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
