As a Receptionist at Emirates Properties, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and route phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Provide information about the company and its services.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
