Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, optimal kitchen performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.
- Ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable experience by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage costs, and ensure that financial targets are met.
- Enforce quality standards, ensuring the food and beverage offerings consistently exceed expectations.
- Conduct ongoing training and development sessions to ensure your team is well-equipped to perform at their best.
- Ensure the restaurant operates in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with experience in a high-volume environment.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Knowledge of UAE’s labor laws and health & safety regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
