Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist each client in selecting the most suitable home decor product tailored to their need and fashion.
- Engage in the sale and promotion of high-quality lifestyle and home decor products from HOOGA.
- Acquire and retain product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and attractive at all times.
- Work with the team to meet or exceed sales and store goals.
- Provide customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure that customers are having a gratifying shopping experience.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Solid Experience in Retail/Home Decor – Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the sector of home decor or lifestyle.
- Strong Communication Skills – Engaging with customers, explaining the products, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Fluent in English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-First Attitude – Ability to offer personalised service and advice.
- A very keen interest in trends within the home decoration sphere; an avid interest in designing living spaces.
