Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure seamless communication between the sales team and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
