Job Overview

As a Sales Executive at Skyocean Logistics, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for both inside and outside sales, focusing on acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and ensure that our logistics solutions meet the needs of our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals in a manner that aligns with company policies and goals.
  • Manage and follow up on accounts receivables, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
