As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the sales team. You will ensure efficient sales processes and maximize sales opportunities within your designated area or market segment. Your role will involve leading a team, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise sales activities for both modern and traditional trade channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
