Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property investments and developments, including off-plan projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close property deals effectively and professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, property developments, and regulations in Dubai.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and consistent performance.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants as needed, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Proven track record of success in property sales and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan properties and the local real estate market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, winning attitude with the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
• Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and client satisfaction.
