Job Overview
As the Showroom Team Leader at OC HOME, you will be integral to the success of our showroom in Dubai. You will be expected to lead and manage a showroom team in order to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Your leadership and operational leadership, coupled with your passion for home decor, will create an engaging and profitable shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring that it is neat, tidy, and has customer appeal.
- Development and execution of initiatives that can improve the performance of the showroom and the customer experience.
- Manage inventory levels, liaise with suppliers, and order replenishment stock.
- Provide training and development opportunities for members to enable them to expand their skills.
- Dealing quickly with inquiries and problems raised by customers ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to present to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a retail or showroom management capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind in making sense of sales data to develop improvement strategies.
- MS Office user and experience with showroom management software.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for interior design and home furnishings a plus.
