Job Overview
BISMI Wholesale is looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team. If you have experience in managing inventory and a passion for maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product storage and organization.
- Track all goods in the store, including incoming and outgoing stock.
- Keep detailed records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and let the purchasing department know when stock is low.
- Check incoming goods for quality and make sure they meet company standards.
- Keep the warehouse safe and organized, following safety rules.
- Work with sales and purchasing to make sure goods are delivered on time.
- Give the management team regular reports on inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a store keeper or in inventory management (preferably in a wholesale or retail setting).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock efficiently. Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Ability to ensure accurate record-keeping and manage stock efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and suppliers.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and organizing stock.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
