Store Manager Job Description:

As a Store Manager at AlFahim HQ, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and performance of our retail store. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets and uphold our commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the retail store.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Train and develop staff to uphold company standards and policies.
  • Manage schedules and staffing levels to optimize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in retail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
