Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring shopping environment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ensure that all products are displayed correctly.
- Implement training and development programs for staff to improve performance and promote career growth.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Proven Experience in Retail and/or Home Decor (preferably in a managerial role).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
